2011 March SAT Experimental Sections

List what the experimental sections were and I'll update the original post for everyone to see.

Writing: E-books
Critical Reading: Ria and her boyfriend (possibly a sawdust passage)

i had writing experimental… mad hard
it was the e-books right??

Critical Reading had one regarding a girl named Ria who was having her boyfriend over at her house for the first time.

also a sawdust passage. no1 except for me seems to have had that one…

isosoles triangles and equilateral triangles for math

(it was a second grid-in section)

i dont have the Ria one but i have a hip hop one(Experimental?), american are work more time than before, carpet girl and horror movie?

Hip hop was short passage.
I had a reading about television vs. reading, and how television doesn’t exercise one’s ability to process images and information.
No one else seems to have had it.

i had the mammals and bird territory
was that experimental?!?

What was the math (not gridin) experimental? I know I had one but I don’t know which section it was

Hip hop one was not experimental, Ria definitely experimental.

For Writing I had one about treasure hunting on a jersey shore

I had a CR with something about a person finding her first seahorse.

Was the experimental math the one with the phone call? It was a grid in section and the answer was 1.10 but I somehow got 1 so can someone please confirm if this was experimental? I had two grid ins so I know I had an experimental math.

No, the phone call one was the real section

Do we all have different experimental sections? I know I had one, but I’m not sure which…I had the following long passage readings: Socrates and something about books and using them as tools of learning, carpet and horror movies, biologists (ecologists?) and specialization, and something about work hours.

^ None of those were experimental. You probably had Math or Writing experimental.

Can someone remember if a fix the sentence question about making a clear website was on the experimental writing section.

I can no longer edit my original post. Didn’t realize that would happen. I’m still trying to iron out what the Math experimentals were

Mine were philosopher/books as tools, biologists, work hours, carpets, and one about a son whose father was a painter. I bombed the section with the painter’s son and the two passages about the ability to understand history.

I’m pretty sure that the one about the painter’s son was experimental cause I didnt have that one
