<p>The cutoff score is not by “difficulty”…it’s just by cutoff score.</p>

<p>PA’s cutoff has been in the 214-216 over the last few years, so it won’t go down to a 202. </p>

<p>That said, what is the breakdown of your SAT? you may qualify for good merit scholarships based on your SAT (or ACT…take both tests).</p>

<p>^^^^^ Scores vary by +/-2 at the maximum and as M2CK says, it will not go down to 202 anytime soon.</p>

<p>You loose nothing by sending the notifications, but in reality notifications really do not mean much expect to possibly a handful of colleges. It mean nothing to all to the top colleges.</p>
