<p>They give those forums to the university forums with the most traffic. There are less topics on the Rice forum than on other university forums. Therefore, we are stuck with this.</p>

<p>The Rice forum is very active compared to schools even if you don't take into account size. And 3 of the "top universities" that have fewer posts than us overall have subforums (CMU, UVA, Vanderbilt).</p>
