<p>Blah. When I was writing my letter I called to ask them whether it would be considered new and acceptable grounds for appeal if I appealed to a different college, and they said it would be. Guess not. I actually wanted to study Environmental Econ/Policy too, and none of the other UCs offer that major 
ah well. Any accepted freshman appeals? Or are they mythical? GL to everyone btw</p>
