<p>I got in via appeal and this is my frank advice for you:</p>

<p>Don’t go fishing for pity
Don’t repeat anything you’ve already said- so no need to send transcripts
If you have anything that you feel has prevented you from certain successes and from taking certain opportunities, don’t whine about it. Talk about them and how you have OVERCOME them.
Present yourself as successful and capable.</p>

<p>Good luck. Remember, appeal success rates are only a few percent. Don’t bother unless you feel you have genuinely been wronged and once you go for it, convince them WHY THEY SHOULD ACCEPT YOU. Not why you didn’t live up to their standards.</p>
