<p>Has anyone else been accepted yet? I found out about a week ago and am SO EXCITED! I still don’t know what school I’m going to attend since I still have 8 more auditions but I wanted to know who else got accepted!</p>

<p>As Jonathan Flom explained, most kids won’t find out for sure. There would be a small number of ‘thanks for auditioning but…’ letters, and a small number of ‘yes!’ letters (and again, a boy who is good is more likely to get a yes right off the bat). Being as they pre-screen now, if you got invited to audition, it means they more or less like you, so the majority of the kids auditioning will get a ‘you’re in the pool’ letter and have to wait and see.</p>
<p>@MTstepmom I auditioned the week before Chicago Unifieds, so late january? (can’t remember the exact day). And just so you know, I haven’t got a letter or anything yet, but I meet with Jonathan 2 days after the audition because I was shadowing some classes, and he told me there.</p>
<p>Also, if you check online (SU advisor, I think it’s called…or Web Advisor) you should see your status changed from applied to ‘accepted’ or whatever the decision was.</p>
<p>We have an audition day next weekend and will make the rest of the decisions for the first round of acceptances that week. As we receive “no thank you’s” from the students we accept, we will pull up from the remaining wait list.</p>
<p>If we are still you’re top choice, email Flom and let him know. Its always nice to know who is still interested in us. As we say in the audition meeting, we know you are shopping schools just like we are shopping students.</p>

Has anyone’s status been changed yet? I am wondering if SU has already decided who is getting the “yes” right away and if they’ve been notified.
We still say “application waitlisted” on WebAdvisor. Sort of nervous that that means we are one of the ones that would need to wait for someone to say “thanks, but I’m going elsewhere.”</p>
<p>We are in the same boat lalaimb. My D’s status is also Waitlisted. Hoping to hear something by EOD tomorrow.</p>

<p>I’m a girl! And I think I’m gonna wait just to see what my other options are, but Shenandoah is definitely up there on my list</p>
<p>I just got off the wait list today… I have been on it since December. Shenandoah is my top choice so I will be going in the fall! So excited! Any girls going for sure?</p>
