<p>Please help me with chances for UMD College park and other similar schools. Here are my stats:</p>
<p>3.3 UW/3.8 W GPA (upward trend, only a 2.9 in freshmen =<em>(, which is the easiest year)

SAT-760 Math-640 Reading-700 Writing

<p>While I agree you are likely to be admitted to all of your schools, there is no way you are getting scholarships at UMD or PSU. People with 4.3s don’t even get scholarships.</p>
<p>You’re probably in at Penn State and UMD- don’t expect scholarships. Your GPA would be low if you were applying to the honors colleges, but it’s competitive enough even for the main campuses.</p>
<p>UC Davis looks at 10-11 gpa, not freshman, so it’ll be higher there if your freshman grades are what bring you down. I’d say you look good for Davis.</p>
<p>Thanks for the input. Also, should I apply to more schools than these four? If so, can anybody suggest any. I really want to get accepted into either Penn or UMD, but I’m scared that I might get rejected to both and have no school to go to.</p>
