<p>Possibly I am overwhelmingly dense and I do apologize for not making my question clearer, but what do you mean that an applicant will not be rejected? Please elaborate. I was under the impression that come December 14th; an applicant is either accepted or declined.</p>

<p>An applicant for the October deadline is very unlikely to be “declined”, you are either accepted or rolled to the next deadline. I’ve confirmed this with an FSU admissions counselor a couple of weeks ago.</p>
