<p>As of Thursday 12/15/11 0615am, the housing portal is back up.and working</p>
<p>The portal loads and all, but it still says you can’t sign up for housing until the 16th…?</p>

<p>Regarding the housing portal, I played with it all Tuesday night and by chance it popped-up for me and I was able to load my application Wednesday morning at about 500am and got a low priority number under 200 and then the system went down again. As of this morning (12-15-11) again at about 500am, again I was able to access my housing portal and it worked. If the housing portal fails to load today, wake up very early tomorrow and give it a shot. Also I already paid my deposit and don’t forget to mail/fax the application page if you are under 18. Good Luck !</p>

<p>As long as you pay your housing deposit you will not lose your housing priority number. The admission deposit is not due until May 1st and is unrelated to housing, except for the fact that once you accept admission and make that deposit your housing contract becomes binding.</p>
