<p>I’m almost sure NYC is not in the region-at-large. It has its own affiliate (Casita Maria, I believe). Don’t know what’s up with their notification times, though; you’d have to log in and check your regional guidelines.</p>
<p>And I don’t think RAL anywhere gives out American Voices/Visions awards. They have not in previous years.</p>
<p>I think regional affiliates don’t give out the American Voices/Visions Awards - they simply provide nominations. Only at the national level are students able to win the American Voices/Visions Awards.</p>

I feel as if I did not win anything 
I still have not gotten any emails…</p>
<p>This year my region only gave out 46 honorable mentions out of 700 students :$. But they ended up giving awards to 350 people.</p>
