<p>Yeah. I don’t like those type of classes Ferrari. What’s the point of wasting 16 weeks of my life if I’m just there to get a grade. I mean, if it’s somewhat, in some way, even very little, related to cultures, language, travelling or teaching, then I would take it. My classes were 4 types of linguistics, 1 Communication, 2 Geography’s, 1 Child Development and 1 Anthropology.</p>
<p>And they were pretty easy at first, then everything stacked up in the end and the class pretty much changed, The exams got harder pretty fast and the teachers become demanding. My Child Development couldn’t get her act straight and still hasn’t graded two of my papers (the final was 7 days ago). Pretty much a couple of my professors pulled a fast one on me and now my grades are all borderline A-B.</p>
<p>When you have to raise your GPA, sometimes you dont have a choice. The “easy A” classes I took were fun and I learned a lot. They were just easier compared to my Chem and bio classes.</p>
<p>@^ lol I wish i could get a professor that actually helps me to learn plus easy A. Why can’t i get both ? lol. I realize the lowest rate professors are the one that demand a lot from their students, but those students learn alot from them. Not an easy A, but you learned.</p>

For UCB, I will miss one Pre requisite (SOC 5), Cuz my cc dont have this course.

Personal Statement: I worked really hard on it so I hope it is good. </p>
<p>I have a lot of gaps in my record due to being kicked out of my house and basically living on my own, going to school when I could afford to do so. I also have like 6 w’s because of financial problems. </p>
<p>I have the same major and GPA. Sadly, UCLA and UCB and USC are a reach. ACTUALLY depending how many W’s you have…you may have a chance at USC. But you’re good for UCD.</p>
<p>I’m sorry. Is Sociology your alt major? If you applied with anthro, you have a good chance at UCLA because anthro isn’t impacted. Someone on here posted a UCLA undergraduate GPA major website that shows all the majors and GPAs of admitted students. Check it out!</p>
<p>I see! Do you by any chance know if anthro is impacted at UCD? I wish I knew more about UCD…but I don’t. UCD isn’t hard to get into…depending on the major. Check out last years acceptance threads!</p>

My ECs include working part time, being a part of Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor’s Society, which included volunteering at various food drives and other events. I also played varsity soccer during high school, and finally I volunteered at Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County during High School.</p>

<p>I see…do you think it’s possible to get into both UCLA and UCB or I will probably get into one or the other? I think if that happens then it will most likely be UCLA, since I live in Los Angeles.</p>
<p>for ucla and ucb, personal statement will play a big part. Anything can happen for business econ at ucla and business admin at ucb because of the competition. btw My major is business so i know :). I don’t mind to share my information. </p>

<p>btw im not saying usc is better than ucla ( just for the war between those 2 ^^. I dont want to get involve.) I’m just saying it is better in my opinion, and it is not a fact though ^^. (big 4 also recruiting at ucla so it doesn’t matter)</p>
