<p>I see people updating their statuses saying they already got acceptance letters. What?! I just got a notification from CSULB about sending in my teanscript yesterday. I still haven’t cleared out my TAP in my school yet either. What the. </p>

<p>I spply to LB and Northridge. CSUN is my back up, prolly even the only school that might accept me. LB sent me a request for transcripts already but no word from Northridge.</p>

<p>^ If you have your AP registration number, then you’ll have to contact the folks at the CollegeBoard website and ask for your score by telephone. It costs $8 each call. To send it to the college, it costs like $15.</p>

<p>Karma: So it’ll cost $8 because it’s not toll free and then $15 just to get it sent out. It’s just a 3 in APSpanish, I don’t need it. That’s such a stupid waste of money.</p>

<p>I am a CC student and am planning on applying in the fall of 2012. I am currently enrolled in the Honors Program at my school;therefore, i will be applying through TAP for UCLA. If things go as planned (which i’m almost sure they will), I will have a 3.7 GPA by the time I apply. The two majors I will be applying for are applied math and statistics. Those two majors are not impacted and have up to a 40% acceptance rate. But I heard that to really be considered for admittance, you must have most, if not all, of the pre reqs completed by the fall that you apply. The problem with that is I will only have 3 of the 8 pre reqs done by the fall in which I apply. But on the other hand I am positive that I will have completed the remaining five by the end of the summer, prior to the beginning fall quarter.</p>
<p>So if you guys would go ahead and chance me, I would appreciate it!</p>

<p>UCSD does accept IGETC for CS majors. It’s usually recommended for UCSD, since CS doesn’t have as many pre-reqs as EE or ChemE or other engineering majors, and their GEs can be brutal (unless you get into Warren, or Muir).</p>
<p>I’d say that you’re in at SD and I, with a very strong chance at UCLA. Just curious, why didn’t you apply to Berkeley? I think you’d have a good shot there.</p>
