<p>That’s exactly what I’m doing: waiting. I already SIRed to UCSB and turned in all my things so I’m 90% sure I’m going there. I’m going to be selfish for once and take someone else’s spot who hasn’t SIRed anywhere. Jeez. Just because it’s no longer my dream school doesn’t mean I’m gonna give up my wait list spot. I waited 6 damn months for an acceptance letter and I’m curious to know if they’ll accept me or not. I’ll do what I want whether anyone likes it or not. And ill do it like a boss.</p>

<p>If there’s anything for you to be ****ed at, it should be your 3.17 gpa. It’s definitely not high enough to even be considered for admission, I’m sorry to say but with that gpa and the fact that you are missing pre reqs, I doubt you’ll get in. So for everybody’s sake, your rejection will not be acoustickittys fault, it will your own fault. ■■■■</p>

<p>Besides i paid my deposit to UCI but if i get into UCSD im going there because unlike some ppl thats the school that i want. Everyone should have a backup i have nothing to say to that. Thats cool that she had a backup but for her to say just for the heck of it its pretty agitating. You all need to relax and grow up no need for a useless fight.</p>
<p>If you’ve been waiting 6 months+ to know if your dream school would accept you, you definitely would waitlist just for the sake of knowing. It’s like why would I take myself off the waitlist just so someone who really wants to get in can take my spot? Me being on the waitlist doesn’t make a big deal. Tell that to 90% of the people on the waitlist who don’t admit that. Keep getting agitated. If it makes you even more agitated, I want to repeat myself. I’m waitlisting for the heck of it. I don’t even want to go to UCSD only because I have 90% of my stuff turned into UCSB.</p>

<p>quick question. for the ucsd.edu emails what’s the difference between your official ucsd electronic mail address and where your mail is sent. i ask because it says official electronic mail address is ____ and your mail address can be sent to _____ but both of those blanks are different addresses by one letter.</p>
