<p>It’s all gooood! And uhm if I’m doing a single, I’m gonna try for East Village in Building 1! You have the best chance of getting an ocean view + we have a nice terrace thing on the 13th floor.</p>
<p>However if all the singles are filled up, I’m going to do a double in the West Village Building 1 I think. 
Idk, I’m still looking through all the floor maps and what not! Hahaha I want at max 5 people/bathroom in an apt! </p>

<p>Don’t worry, I was in a similar situation when I wasn’t able to send my applications to UC on time and thought I have to wait another year. Let’s wait and see. Maybe you get lucky and they allow you to resend it since it’s their fault as well. :)</p>

<p>I actually put Roosevelt as my 5th choice hahaha. But after a while I wished I had put it as my 1st even though it was too late. I was surprised at getting into Roosevelt though, almost like a “fate” type of thing lol.</p>

Anyhoo, I got into USC, but I decline their offer and go to UCSD. I’m not sure if it’s the right decision since people hold USC as a higher prestigious school…</p>

<p>Ehhh, and in regards to USC being the more prestigious school… I would only say that for those who go to their school for their Business/Law program. You said you were a Biochem/chemistry major correct? UCSD has the far more superior program for your major, which IMO is more important. And since USC is hellllluva expensive… lol. ><</p>

Hmm…I think I might just be stealing your plan then…haha looks like you did better research than I did :P, I looked mainly into West Village cuz that’s where my friend is staying, but now I will look more into East Village. HAHA, aww I feel you, I felt the same during my finals…don’t worry you will do fine, just study to the best of your ability haha, thats what I did anyway, and I aced all my classes again :P. </p>

<p>@dostravina, lol, UCLA is insanely to get into. I drop a lot of my classes, so I wasn’t expected to get into there anyway. </p>
<p>I checked many different websites, and they have UCSD in the top ten for Biochemistry, even above USC and UCLA. Their science department is second, only behind John Hopkins if I’m not mistaken. That’s why I choose UCSD, but my friends make a big deal about it, so I’m now second-guessing myself. lol</p>

<p>And don’t listen to your friends !! I’m sure they mean well, but go wherever you feel is best and right for you lol. And I’m sure you’ll be able to get more experience/research opportunities at UCSD which I think is much more valuable than some rep at USC… haha.</p>
