<p>Actually my portal hasn’t ever changed at all. It still just says
“Thank you for your application to UC San Diego. We are currently reviewing applications for transfer admission for the Fall 2012 quarter…” and the 5 links at the top “Admissions, Academics, Finances, Resources, Housing” are all just general links that take you to the sections on the UCSD site. Below only has “Addresses, E-mail addresses” and thats it.</p>

<p>Oh ok. Mine says the same. “Our records indicate…blah blah”. But the rest of your portal homepages look like mine right? lol. Also do you guys have anything under “Last School Attended” at the bottom? Mine doesn’t say anything.</p>
<p>i put the message dizzle and I have in google and other threads in the past come up, but i put in </p>
<p>“The Housing Office currently does not have updated information on your Admission Status and therefore cannot accept a housing application today.”</p>
<p>and NOTHING comes up, so the message must be brand new for this year.</p>

<p>mine says “our records indicate…” but i did notice that my last school attended USED to display until the day they released the 1st batch of decisions.</p>
<p>and just for reference, i have been accepted to ucsb and ucsc and am waiting on sd and berkeley.</p>

You may come back to this link once Admissions has communicated their decision on your application to UC San Diego. You can check this by logging in at myapplication.ucsd.edu.”</p>
<p>My UC GPA is around 3.57, Literatures in English major, no TAG.</p>
<p>Last year, it was an indication of acceptance later when the house message was changed; even through, this year’s message is different than last year, I say it is still a good sign.</p>
<p>Is it only for those who applied for Housing ?</p>
<p>^you apply for housing after you get accepted, so no? i havent and am not planning to apply for housing and i get the new message</p>

Not sure that really means something. I think it may just indicate that they start going through our applications…but any changes are good at this point since we waited way too long!
My stat: 4.0 GPA, Econ major, prereq done except Cal 3. IGETC done, No tag. International student.</p>

<p>I noticed there is a change on homepage too… there is no more options for editing “parents’ address” and “parents’ email address”…the only options left are current address, permanent address and off-campus email. The “last school attended” still does not show anything.</p>
