<p>I felt that the synthesis essay was very straightforward and easy to argue about. The style analysis wasn’t too difficult, but I wish I had more time to analyze the rhetorical strategies a little more in depth… The argument essay was probably my weakest, which is sad considering the extensive amount of outside information I gathered before the test to add into that essay (none of it applied to the topic).</p>
<p>It seems like a lot of people didn’t do as well in the rhetorical analysis. Do you guys think that’ll mean the curve will be a bit more generous this year?</p>
<p>For the synthesis essay, did you guys devote a paragraph just explaining the costs of college? Or did you just dive into your argument about whether it was worth it?</p>
<p>Btw, for the argumentative essay, I remember the prompt asked to include what creativity is to “you,” as well as if you were for or against the class. Did you guys devote a paragraph answering just that first part/were you supposed to? I felt like you were but it was worded in such an odd way…</p>
