<p>I did create one yesterday and nothing happened. After i click submit, it lead me back to the original page or something. I wasn’t sure if my PIN was made so i clicked “activate PIN” and i entered in my info and it says no records matched or something… should i redo this again? or wait for a few days? Does one of my parents have to create a PIN?</p>
<p>Yes, one of your parents has to apply for a pin.</p>
<p>When you click things and submit things you have to carefully read what the next screen says, whether it worked or there was an error or whatever.</p>
<p>At the PIN site there is a selection on the left for check pin status. If you do that what does it say?</p>
<p>Actually, Now i got it :). Thanks for your help annoyingdad. I just realized I may have put in the wrong info so it didn’t went through. I registered for my PIN. I guess that means I have to register one for my parents.</p>
