Anyone apply to UMASS Worcester?

Hey, leorock0000! I am still waiting on Yale and Duke Immunology too.

I got an interview from UCSF around Dec 19th…I havnt heard of anyone getting anything since then, and the interview 60-80 students, so I assume more invites will come

Hi, Th2Cell, feel so good someone with me : ) . Duke may come out this week. Have no idea about Yale…

@TheSuspense: I also applied to UMass Worcester but haven’t heard anything yet. What about you?

UCSF TETRAD is what i meant to say

Got the same email from UCSF BMS… I think it’s nice of them to keep us posted. At least it’s not a rejection yet and that gives me a bit of hope.

Generally speaking (though there are always exceptions), if you’ve been accepted post-interview, you will hear from the program during the following week, even if they have other interview weekends yet to come.

It’s hard to say, really, since there are a lot of things to put into consideration on my end.

My top four are:

1) UW-Madison or Northwestern
2) UIC
3) Notre Dame
4) UIowa

Has anyone gotten this message from Northwestern iBiS. I submitted my application in December, so I’m confused as too why they’re sending this now.

Your application to the Interdepartmental Biological Sciences graduate program at Northwestern University is complete. You may check your application status beginning in March 2013 via the online application (https://app.applyyourself.com/?id=nwu-grad) if you haven’t heard from us before then.

Thank you for your interest in our program.

I have a growing feeling of dread as the minutes tick by. Trying to stay focused in lab, but it’s so hard :(.

Someone please put me out of my misery!

I know how you feel Erbbie… I guess you received incorrect intel from the MIT biology program since nobody heard (or posted) anything. Hopefully we all get some good news tomorrow :)

Likewise. I keep checking my application status while I wait for my membranes to transfers.

It’s going to be a long week.

My thoughts exactly, bassish. That email was sent at the beginning of December (the 4th, if I remember correctly). A lot can happen during a month. Good luck to everyone waiting for responses this week!

@greenerfields

I got that email back in December after I submitted my app. Maybe they delayed sending it to you? That’s strange.

I am sick. I have reason to believe that the anticipation and stress has turned my immunocytes into a bunch of slackers…

@greenerfields&Elocin: How come I never received this email. I applied to the iBiS program too.

@MicroB2012

Maybe they’re checking to see if everyone has everything in? I know I submitted my fact sheet right before the deadline.

I just went on the UCLA page where you can check your status, it still says under review, but underneath there is a section to fill in information (such as date of arrival etc) about their recruitment weekend… Im assuming this is a mistake since I haven’t heard from them? Does anyone else have this?

@Neurono

maybe it’ll change tomorrow? But it seems like a good sign
