<p>2013 Fall Transfer to Los Angeles
I really need help from everybody. I am a freshman currently in PSU. And due to the family issue I have to go to Los Angeles in summer. I am thinking about transfer to Los Angeles. But the problem is the most of the UC and LAC around Los Angeles just do not accept the freshman student.
So I am thinking about going to CC or CSU (or any other local college) to finish the summer and winter term and then get transfer to UCLA or USC. Is that possible for me to do that ?</p>

<p>My highschool GPA is 3.67(out of 4) Sat:2050 Toefl :104 (I am an international student)
and freshman I earn GPA 3.87. </p>

<p>You can do this. Go to a good community college like SMC and talk to a counselor.</p>
