**2013 Fall UCSD Transfer Decisions Thread **

@wintergreen and others: When we say “still under review”, we are talking about the my application page that says the following:

Thank you for your application to UC San Diego. We are currently reviewing applications for transfer admission for the Fall 2013 quarter.

“At this time, we request that applicants do not submit any supplemental materials such as letters of recommendation and transcripts, since these will not be reviewed…” etc.

what is the latest that you can receive a decision today? I did not receive anything in the mail and the myapp hasnt changed, am I for sure in the second batch?

Did anyone get their acceptance in the mail today but wasn’t listed as admitted on the site?

Accepted!! In warren. I’m a history major. Yes I’m tagged. GPA is 3.8+. One of my tops! Wating for UCb and mayb ucla. I had all pre Reqs done. No email. I had to check the portal. Good luck y’all!!

If the rest of us don’t get a response by the end of today, we can expect to wait 'till mid/end of April. =/

I think UCSC is releasing their decisions beginning at midnight tonight.

@larinaga will UCSD reject people today? Me and my friends all applied to UCSD, so too anxious about this.

does anyone know when will be the second batch?
econ major GPA:3.6 :(

I can’t say for transfers, but they’ve definitely rejected freshmen today.

@larinaga by the way, one of my friends asked me a question. He is an international student. It seems like that UCSD requires them to pass English Comp with a grade of B or better. But my friend got a C in English 1A.
Will UCSD reject him?

@wansl525 I’m Econ major too. Did u tag? It seems that if we got nothing today, then it would be released at April.

@tcccom, I have no idea. I wish I could be more of help. Does UCSD specifically state that it’s a requirement for international students? Maybe someone else in the forum can answer your question.
