@novalord2 Since when has that been confirmed and not just based off of a small select group such as the people in this forum. I’m not too sure it’s a smart idea to spout off information that has the potential to be completely false.

I said that it seems that way.

Accepted!

IGETC : Yes
Tag : No

Two year transfer.
Attending : Most Likely , still waiting on UCSC and UCSB. Top two choices are UCSD and UCSC.

@Sarah Honestly, it’s my fault for not reading UCSB’s transfer admission requirements more carefully. It says that it’s “critical to admissibility” to have completed 1.5 years of calculus-based physics. I’m missing other engineering classes that they also require. I can’t be too upset at them. UCSD is my #1 choice so I’m going to attempt to hold off on going any crazier… which will require a lot of (force)*(distance)! Good luck, I know Aerospace Engineering is impacted as well.

@dinamita was your decision released today?

^ I think dinamita25 is just trolling. He’s got 1 post…

No, It was like one week ago. I just saw this thread.
@UCdrone How is posting for the first time trolling ?

Question about required E prep courses. If my first choice major is not impacted (EnvE) will I be rejected if I don’t have my chem series complete? I ask because I was not accepted to UCR’s E program (but chem was listed as requirement).

Im all anxious already… I’ve been like this ever since the first day that I started checking in all of the UC websites…
I think i’m just going to give up on checking until April 15th or later cuz I’m stressing out… Good luck to all of you guys that accepted already I hope I could get in!

^ Yeaaaa I said I wasn’t going to check until I got an email telling me to check. That lasted five minutes… This has really been one of the most difficult things that I’ve ever had to wait for. And I’m not even too worried that I’ll get in! I’m just sick of waiting and I want to KNOW.

Here’s something that surprised me: they work on Sundays. o.O

Yesterday, I sent UCSD a message through the online interface, asking them about a dropped class I had scheduled for Spring. They replied this morning.

Is ok to drop a non-required class?

It even weirder that they replied to you this morning, since its Easter! haha

@dinamita. What prerequisites did you finish?

did you guys update the result in winter quarter?

So, the next batch will apparently be somewhere around April 20, right? Ugh. -____- This wait is killing me.

I believe so! I know, this sucks. Its very frustrating.

Hi all, I had a question regarding the GE requirements under each of the colleges. I’ll be transferring this fall to Earl Warren, but since I already completed my GE’s at my cc, am I still required to take the GE’s under my college? How does this system work for transfers?

@0Wall0flower0

I literally was wondering the same thing about an hour ago so I looked it up.

[Academic Requirements](http://warren.ucsd.edu/academics/advising/acad-req.html)

Scroll to the bottom to where it says “Warren College Transfer General-Education Requirements” and select if you did IGETC or not, the instructions are stated there.

Also you can find some information on assist (It’s a little outdated but it might be somewhat reliable). Just enter your CCC and UCSD, select 08-09 academic year and then choose Earl Warren College under the “For General Education/Breadth” drop down.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the help :)
