I would expect them to say something to that effect but I don’t see how they can make that many decisions in 4 days (they’d be crazy to release them after UCB/UCLA). It is unlikely that the people on this forum are among the only people who haven’t received a decision (i.e. we have 1 of 2 messages so “our decisions haven’t been made”). I’m sure they just don’t want to spread rumors.

I’d vote for one acceptance day where all majors from all schools get their decision. Or make it two days: one for freshman, one for transfers. That’s fine. Yes the servers will crash, yes it will be chaos for two days, at most three. However, the anxiety and time spent wondering and waiting (while we should be studying!) is completely worth a few days of havoc.

I completely agree with you. I calculated the amount of time I’ve spent on this forum and checking my application and it rounds off at about 10 hours this past week. Thats ridiculous!

I expected the decisions to be out this morning sadly, nothing.

I did send a message to their Admission and told them my situation but they just told me to keep waiting. (I signed a TAG for UCSD and my major is communication)

are they really going to make us wait until friday, or possibly even later?? Come on UCSD… if anyone has called to ask when the next batch will be please let us know!

I communicated with the Admission Transfer office and they advised me that most likely there would not be anything online until Friday 26th and Saturday 27th. So the wait continues.

“Due to the unusually high volume of applicants for Fall 2013, decisions for transfer students will continue to be released through May 30, 2013.”
