<p>I wonder how they narrow the applicants down to semi-finalists. And, I wish they would publish/release information about the winners. I searched for info about past winners and really didn’t find much.</p>
<p>May 16. They are on point with semifinalists notification. And the best thing to do is talk to past winners. I helped a lot of students out since I won last year.</p>
