@franky2020 I fully agree

yeah i said delete the sentence, it didn’t fit in anywhere else

i said omit the sentence because it felt a bit redundant and random, is that right?
^

the one about weddings? yeah it didnt fit anywhere

for the grid in question with the semicircle fan or whatever -

did you get 25 degrees?

@ stuffin
i put I, and III?
it was X + 1 / X > Y + 1/ Y?
something like that, but i don’t think x can be < y, and still be > than y + 1/y

@nicobella The simile question was a part of the long passage about mathematics. I think it was asking about what type of literary device is used when describing math in said lines.

@why yeah i put 25

Same here. I omitted the sentence about the wedding because it seemed unnecessary.

Then I put they are for the musical compositions because it’s plural. “It is” didn’t fit right with me.

25 degrees for the fans

Imagination about the translator story

so it was similie, not hypothetical muse?

i got the fan one wrong. divided by 5 on accident to get 30 :(

lol at the question thats mistake was “should of”

^ lol yeah. :stuck_out_tongue:
OH OH
The orangutan one… it was (themselves) right?
because it said the oragutan … sleeps. so its singular so it has to be “ITSELF”?

@franky2020
Question asked which situations ‘can’ be possible, not which ones always work (i’m pretty sure)
x + (1/x) > y - (1/y) was the problem
x: 1, y: 2
1 + (1/1) = 2, 2 - (1/2) = 1.5

could be wrong. kid who i named my account after got I and III, he’ll be on here later I’m sure of it

@franky

yea

@stuff
ah yeah you’re right lol
didn’t think of that xD

How about the reading question about the lady who was speaking at the meeting. Since she was __, she when asked to speak.
^

submissive, aquiesce?

@franky
and yeah that’s what i put for orangutan :D

@nicobella I got that too

that simile question I felt that it wasn’t really comparing math to all those things I felt that they were saying math is similar to all those things and so I put hypothetical muse but I think i got it wrong.
For math I got 3/8 as the probability cus it was 45/120 the question about how many people bought both the newspaper and candy I put 7 the one about the 4 digit number with 8 in the hundres digit and divisible by 5 I put 180 the one about the triangle I got 9 small triangles 124 about the computer lab kids in library, 25 for the fan question, two possible options for the side of the triangle question,
Writing
the last one in identifying was her parents discouraged her from learning music or something like that. For the correcting the essay part I put delete it, for instance something something on the first question, the one about what should be added I put the speaker person should give example of nice things he says but I think that might be wrong.

@nico
i dont think its submissive and acq. i put something else
both both kinda mean the same thing : i thought they were asking for a contrast, dont rememember

for the one writing question about
since it was published in 1968, the book, some something, was it has sold more than 6 million copies?
