2013 Tax Return accepted by IRS

<p>I filled yesterday and today IRS accepted my Return, they do mention that they wont process it till 1/31.</p>

<p>Also updated my FAFSA with real 2013 Tax numbers, now my EFC # get lower by 1.5K, thats a good savings.
Submitted to 10 colleges. </p>

<p>I thought it took 2 weeks after electronically filing with the IRS before you can update your FAFSA with actual numbers?</p>

<p>You can manually update fafsa with actual numbers as soon as you know the actual numbers. Being able to use the Data Retrieval Tool requires your return to have been processed by the IRS.</p>
