I hope this isn't a stupid question ( the beauty of the "confidential" aspect) I received an email from Chantal F Bailliet about the Tulane publication. It is asking for personal information and a photo of my daughter and they are hoping for 100% participation. I can't tell if this is Tulane sponsored and handled by a 3rd party or a third party solicitation. It states that it helps with the student's transition and that it's a 25 year tradition, but I don't feel comfortable giving personal info. and photo without knowing for sure. Does anyone have any information about this? Thanks.

How do I delete a post? I just went back and reread it (Which I should have done first) and realized at the bottom of the page, her title is "Assistant Director of Student Programs, Tulane University. Oops- that’s embarrassing.

It’s legit. They produce a freshman annual of sorts. The only thing that appeared in there my older son’s freshman year was the photo, name, their hometown and their intended major.

just remember Oliver, out here in cyber anonymous world, there are no stupid questions! Of course when we all meet up in person at move in, I may start to be more self conscious.

I had a directory my freshman year in college - we referred to it all the time. In this day + age w/facebook and the likes, it seems a bit antiquated but I signed S up for it any way…
