2014 Decisions

From the Kenyon College Admissions Blog:

Decision time is almost here!
Regular decision committee is drawing to a close and we're making preparations for mailing our notification letters! I'll post here when they are in the mail. Kenyon only notifies via first class mail for students studying in the U.S. We've heard that electronic notification, which may arrive during the school day, can be very disruptive and distracting. Best wishes to all applicants!

Do we know when decisions are supposed to arrive at our mailboxes yet?

They are going to be sent out on Friday.

Thanks!.. now I’m just hoping that the post is quick… VA isn’t that far away…

From the KC Website:

Decision letters are in the mail!

Got my decision like a week ago via email (I live in Costa Rica):

Waitlisted

I’m excited hopefully I get in and hopefully they come soon Illinois isn’t too far away from Ohio

Mine arrived today, with big thumbs up on a fat envelope. Very cool!

UK Girl,
Are you in the US? What state?

Kentucky. GL!

Congrats yea my decision still hasn’t come so I have to wait until Monday. :frowning: So what did you decide, are you gonna go to Kenyon?

I’m in PA, thinking that it’ll come Monday?

Got my fat envelope in the mail yesterday, heading to Gambier in the fall! Couldn’t be happier :]

Congratulations to you! Enjoy your time there. Where are you from? D is still waiting to hear even though we are in OH.

Got my acceptance today! And a merit scholarship. I’m super excited and honored. Still have to make up my mind though…

Congrats to everyone else!

I got waitlisted. Which was a TOTAL UTTER SURPRISE! I didn’t visit or interview, just kind of took a chance on it. Kenyon looks pretty freakin’ sweet though, but I’m not sure how to get off the waitlist.
