<p>hey!! i haven’t been on here in a while. lol. i just took the ACT this morning and thought it went well. I’m bummed i have to send my less than stellar ACT scores before yale gets these better ones (i’m sure). i’m hoping and praying for a 700+ on math II on the 29th. I’m also STILL working on my app. I just have to edit those. hopefully i’ll be able to send them out by tomorrow night!! congrats to everyone else who’ve submitted theirs.</p>
<p>i have to finish my commonapp essay and start my yale supplement. i threw out all my drafts of the yale supplement because i didn’t think it was good enough :(</p>

<p>I finished my supplemental essay today and absolutely love it (it’s about my interest in Southeast Asia…). Now my app is complete, except for my main essay. :\ Will finish that tomorrow.</p>

there are defintely advantages to finishing exams in mid-november and having nothing to to except SATs study, biology, and getting RD application essays ready till late december. lol.</p>

<p>Also, how do we check on the status of paper submissions, such as teacher recs that were mailed? I know the Eli account page says it won’t be posted until Nov 15 or something, but is there any way we can get into contact with the Office of Admissions to check if they’re arrived yet?</p>
