**2015 AP Score Results Thread**

I called my school to ask roughly how long it would take to update my portal with this years ap tests and the ***** on the phone told me it would be a week or two. I don’t understand how it would be possible to take so long considering my school is relatively small. (CSU Stanislaus)

Physics C Mech: 3
Physics C E&M: 4
Calc BC: 5

Ugh I cannot view mine :frowning: Cal Poly SLO

Scores are up on the UW-Madison portal! I got a 4 on Calc AB and 5 on Psych. I was worried I’d get a 3 and a 4 since Calc seemed harder than usual, I’m very happy

Where exactly would I see my scores on my College website ?

@XCBro4Life That depends on what college you’re going to…

Thank you captain obvious. Can I get a general idea in regards to where I should look? @MrWiggles

@XCBro4Life What do you think? Go to your college portal and find where they post test scores. Every college is different, I don’t know what kind of answer you expected.

University of Nevada, Reno has my sons scores inputted and it shows in his classes taken that he has credit for those particular classes:
Physics (Mechanics) 4
Calculus AB 5
Comp Prog 5
US Gov + Politics 4

I’m pretty happy, with these and his two previous AP classes (APUSH and Euro) he has 24 units of college credit.

University of Michigan
Calc AB: 5
MacroEconomics: 5
Entering with 16 credits!

From UMDCP

US Gov : 4
Lit: 4
Music Theory: 5 (Aural: 4, Nonaural: 5)
Bio: 5

Got the max credit/placement so not really complaining even if I didn’t get all the scores I hoped for. Really would have liked a 5 in gov but didn’t study at all or do any hw so I probably deserved it tbh.

Entering with 65 credits! (AP+DE)

@cocolover123 Why would you send your scores to UF if you don’t know where you are going to college?

@CaliCash And exactly who said “I don’t know where I’m going to college”? I am interested in UF depending on if I stay in-state for postgraduate. I have two years to decide.

@cocolover123 How about you take a peek at the 2014-2015 UF Results thread? A whole lot of in state students get rejected. Their acceptance rate is sub 50% and last time I checked, they were not adopting an open admission policy. So it’s not a matter of “Oh, I’ll go if I stay in state”. It’s a matter of " I’ll go if I beat the odds and actually get in." If you are not a senior, you do not know where you are going to college unless they college you apply to has open admissions or is a true safety.

Pretty darn happy!

Credit maxes out at a 3 for them ^
Language makes me so happy!! It was my favorite class and it was my teachers first year teaching it! I couldn’t be happier! APUSH transfers, too!
Starting college with 21 credits!

@CaliCash No, but thank you for the offer. I’ve already looked at the results thread for every school in the nation basically and have been doing research on acceptance since I was in seventh grade. Considering my personal life, which you know nothing of, UF is a safety school for my family and me. It’s the only school I’m applying to in Florida. If by the time I am applying, IF I feel better health-wise, I will be given permission to go to schools outside of Florida. I really really hope I can go outside of Florida… :frowning:

I came on this thread only asking a question. It’s honestly not any of your concern to ask me why I applied to a certain school and why I think I’ll get in somewhere. Half of students don’t get into the school they want to go in, and the school I want to truly go to from the bottom of my heart is far from the sunshine state peninsula, and that is where I set my real sights on.

Also, maybe pay attention to the fact that I never said I’d get in there, or any other school as a matter of fact? I said “I am interested”. There is a difference.

Thanks

@cocolover123 Unless you are a Tebow or an Obama or filthy rich planning on building a new research facility for UF, your personal life means absolutely nothing and will not guarantee you admissions. I’ll end it here. I just wanted to educate you on college admissions. Perhaps you have been reading results threads, but you should probably do research into specific schools and research the many complaints from FL parents about why their highly qualified students are not getting into UF. Never turn down an opportunity to educate yourself because you think you know something. Take the L.

Edit: And lol, you’re just a high school sophomore. You’re what?
15? You have two years before you graduate. Word of advice: If a UF admitted student gives you information about UF admissions, it’s in your best interest to take it.

Bye Felicia

From any high school grade level we have the option on our AP scantron to send our scores to any school we want in the nation at no fee. Sending ap scores isn’t sending an application. Plus it’s not all about being accepted; it’s about getting your name out there and showing you are interested. Without being belittled about that decision by someone on CC who doesn’t even know us.

For all non graduated seniors on this thread. Adcoms do not look at your AP scores and wouldn’t even know about a score report you sent years in advance. And sending a score report does not show demonstrated interest. It shows a lack of compassion for the people who already have tons of data to sort through. If anything, it works against you.

@CaliCash have you ever taken an AP exam? Sending your scores really has nothing to do with acceptance/rejection. She isn’t applying for anything, she’s sending her scores to one of her top-priority schools. And, how does sending an AP score show “lack of compassion?” It isn’t burdening anybody or lowering anybody’s acceptance… the AP exams tell you to put down a school you’d like to send your scores too, and you put in the little code.

I’m sorry if you got rejected or something, and are jealous of students who are planning ahead and demonstrating interest in their top schools… this isn’t the place to take out your frustration and act condescending.
