I have a question about the Transfer Academic Update. If we are changing planned coursework for the spring, should I explain it in the additional comments section?
For instance, I planned to take a certain pre-req (that is recommended but not required) but found out it’s not being offered. I assume they’ll see the “old version” of your planned courses in addition the updated ones? (as opposed to them just ignoring what old courses you listed for spring when you submitted in November).

So I emailed the UC admission twice and the two times I called, it was during a non office hour (ugh, I was careless)
My counselor told me that if I called them/contacted them too many times, it will affect my college result in a negative way. Would calling them to make sure that there was a change (because I can’t see it and I need to add a class) a bad thing?
@Bearly It wouldn’t hurt, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to.
@MizuRue I think it would depend on how you ask the questons. If you are polite and genuinely concerned on the phone, is no big deal. If you are mean and demanding, I would be careful.

I believe they will eventually, but I actually just set mine up and completed everything. It was a lot easier than I thought. It has the same deadline as the transfer update, so as long as it is completed before Jan 31 you are fine.
Does it say 4/24/15 on the website, but 4/26/15 in the email? Does anyone see what I am seeing?

I’ve gotten an email and logged into the portal. which is showing me two different days, 4/24 and 4/26
When asked to total all semester units on UCB forms, does that include planning to take?
I listed all of my IP/PL courses on the IP line. (I forget which row that is, its at the bottom)
For example, I have 6 IP winter classes and 13 PL spring classes, so I put 22 in that space
dont sweat the two dates 24 or 26 at this early point in time. They will reiterate the final date later.
Did Berkeley send their confirmation already?
@lindyk8 I think @MizRue is asking specifically about the Berkeley update forms. One requests that you total the number of A units, B units, C units etc. There is also a space for IP grades.

No, I got one with my ‘code’ and a second with the different date.
