<p>Congratulations to your son, and you, collegeisgreat! Thank you for posting. Daughter is out-of-state. Do you have any idea if that takes any longer than in-state?</p>
<p>In the past with my older kids it seemed like they sent the acceptances out more by major than where you lived. We are in state very close to campus and my son applied early so I think that helps. Good luck! This waiting game of admissions notices is a killer. At least the Cal States let you know earlier than the UCs. Waiting till March is really tough.</p>

<p>I have not received a decision yet, but I am a transfer student so not sure if that effects anything.

<p>Last year, younger son heard in Early December for CS. Also accepted with distinction. I think they will notify the high Stat applicants first similar to CPP and SDSU.</p>
<p>I just received my acceptance yesterday! It’s the only cal state that has notified me so far. I’m a transfer student so I don’t thing being a transfer will delay anything </p>

<p>For those accepted as freshmen (that is, non-transfer students) does your application status still say you need to send in 7th semester grades? Did it ever say you need to send in 7th semester grades?</p>
<p>My son was accepted December 7th to the computer science program. 4.0, 33 on ACT. Also received offers to apply to the honors program and president’s scholars (scholarship and more.) Anyone know how many CSUF president’s scholars there are?</p>

<p>Congratulations to all who got in! Daughter out of state, and to-do list shows 7th semester grades required, as it has done since day 1. Does this mean the admissions office will not make a decision without 7th semester grades?</p>
<p>@bigmamabear: If your daughter has not gotten a decision prior to due date of the 7th semester grades (in February??), then she should submit a mid-year transcript. She may be on the borderline for an acceptance or admissions just want to make sure she is still on track with good grades for Senior year. Although my younger son ended up not attending, he had to send 7th semester grades to SDSU (currently attending) and CSU Fullerton prior to him also.</p>
