If anyone gets accepted or denied from McComb’s, please let me know.

Still haven’t heard back from RTF and my backup is Asian studies at COLA :frowning: been in review for so long. So jealous of y’all

I’m nervous for y’all even though I’m still trying to get my life together in HS :frowning:

@hackum Still waiting for RTF too. I would like to hear a solid response too!

Please comment if any Advertising majors get a response back.

IM PRETTY ESTATIC RIGHT NOW!

I got into COLA as a History major.

GPA: 3.549

Currently enrolled at a Texas CC

No LOR
Really awesome resume (I have a lot of management experience)
…and I had more than a decade absence from when I did my first three semester until now (in my second semester since coming back to school)

I honestly didn’t think I had a good chance. My GPA is a bit lower (but I raised it above 3.5 last semester). I also had that huge break and I’m older. I’m guessing my resume (which mostly consisted of work experience) help a lot.

Good luck to everyone!

Hey guys,

I applied for transfer admission into computer science! It is still pending but a few of my friends who applied into other colleges got in yesterday. How often do they roll out decisions?

Thanks

Hey what were your stats and do you know how long it will take for the next rolling date?

Hey guys, I got accepted! My major is Civil Engineering. Here is my stats:

3.9 GPA
No LOR
Completed all the required courses, and I’m working on some Engineering classes
Currently in Dallas County Community College District

No more waiting for me! Good luck to y’all! I hope you guys will get in with all your hard work!!!

@Ineedtoknow88 it seems as if the roll out some admissions daily in the evening. So far we’ve gotten a few responses from Communication, Liberal Arts, but besides that I think that’s it? I’m still waiting along with many more, I’m not sure how they decide to send out decisions, maybe they do it in waves, I’m not sure.

For those of you who have been admitted for transfer and done the initial housing application, do you know when we are supposed to move forward with that? Such as picking a dorm hall and roommate and whatnot.

I was accepted into COLA Psychology (BA) last night! Second choice was sociology.

GPA: 3.88
Credits: 38
Currently enrolled at ACC, but had 12 credits from dual credit in high school (Collin College)
Only 2 required essays - pretty strong, but nothing spectacular. Wrote about my future in the medical field and being introverted and shy growing up
2 LOR - one from a former high school teacher and one from a doctor I shadowed
Resume - lots of work experience and volunteering

So excited! I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Good luck to those who are still waiting! At least we all know this anxious feeling, but it will pay off.

Good luck to all those who are still waiting! Praying for a positive out come for all of you!
