<p>Have they released how many applicants for the Class of 2016 they received? Can't find it anywhere.</p>

In that email, he mentions that USC received approximately 45,000 freshman applications for admission and that they will admit approximately the same number as last year (8,566). That works out to an admit rate of ~19%</p>
