2016 EA Chances?

I'm a junior, just checking to see if I'm on the right track for UChicago and where to improve on!

SAT: 1990, I've only taken it once without studying, but I'm taking classes and will take it again in May, so that'll improve, I'm aiming for a 2200
ACT: taking in April
Rank: 21/680 (3%)
GPA: 4.5ish W, 3.97 UW
APs: Will take this year: Biology, English Lang and Comp, Psychology
Will take next year: Government, Microeconomics, English Literature, Chemistry, Calculus BC
Senior Course Load: ^those courses + Academic Decathlon + PACE (an internship program) + Cross Country

EC's: Spanish Club (9-12, treasurer), HOSA (10-11), NHS (11-12), Academic Decathlon (joining 12th grade), Cross country (9th, had to quit because of asthma, but joining again next year), Spanish Honor Society (11-12)
Job/Work: 25 hours/week year long at a restaurant all throughout sophomore, junior, and will continue in senior year
Volunteer: NCL (National Charity League, 30 hours/year in philanthropy + 20 hours/year in meetings, I've been recording secretary and VP of philanthropy, 6th-12th grade + numerous awards), NHS (30 hours/year), Spanish Honor Society (15 hours/year), MVP (volunteer thing at school, 50 hours senior year)
Summer: will work 30hours/week, will go to Nicaragua with my church, maybe will work with a urologist, and will volunteer

I know I need to raise my SAT scores and do well on the ACT and AP tests, but is there anything else I should work on?

maybe some better, more diverse ECs? besides that I highly suggest that you raise SAT scores or whatever…

Since you have done only charity (and everyone seems to do charity) be sure to stress how much you’ve done it, why you do it (other than for college  )

raise thy SAT & show them why you’d be a perfect fit

If I were you I would work on writing essays, especially those quirky Chicago extended essays, over the summer.
