Very excited to say I also got an email from the national foundation saying I advanced! Congratulations to all of you who also did. I didnāt get the email from my local lodge - in fact Iām not sure my local lodge has an email they still use because my emails never go through to the one listed on their website @fishgill

The next level is districts! Then after that is states, then the national level

Does anyone know if how many applicants they advance to the next level?
@fishgill this level was the local level where you only compete against others who also turned in applications to that lodge (I once read 3 boys and 3 girls move on to the next level from each lodge but Iām not sure if thatās correct). Next is districts where you compete against others who moved on from lodges within the same district (on the Elks websiteās lodge locator you can see how many other lodges are in the same district). If you move on from there (which hopefully we all do!) you move onto states and compete against the winners from all of the different districts within your state. Then if you advance you are at the national level! This is my understanding of it, if Iām wrong somebody may feel free to correct me

A lot of lodges probably donāt even get enough applications that they need to reject any
@SpicyTaquito At least for my lodge, I was told that all applicants would be informed of whether or not they moved on. I donāt know how the process works, but some regions may be notified later than others. Good luck!

Congrats!!! Yes it was the national email. The site says local lodges may not email individually. We shall see:)
