Pretty sure you get to it as you fill out on-line application. Don’t see another link. Others may be able to tell you what it was in past but I think it’s pretty generic unless you are talking about honors.
This is the personal statement prompt:
Tell us something that you have not already told us in this application that will help us to better understand your potential for academic success as a college student.
As far as I can see that is the only essay required unless you’re applying to honors.
