@mellyjune yeah this wait is like dying a slow painful death. We’ll get through it though! We’ll look back on this time a year from now when we’re stressing out of our minds at whatever school we end up at and we’ll be like “man remenber when my biggest worry was waiting to hear back from this school lol”

@chap97 great to finally find someone that applied to transfer to SCA! I applied for production and I’ve heard they don’t begin to review our application till’ about mid-march. Do you have your video up online? This wait has been killing me!

We had to take a scene from a movie and change the setting as well as the blocking. I had a scene from the movie SEVEN and had two females as the actors.

My D applied to SDA B.A. as a transfer. Does anyone know what kind of questions they ask on the phone interview? Her’s is scheduled on March 21st.
I applied to SDSU and they stated that acceptance letters would be sent out in early March… pins and needles… Geography major here/transfer student

I applied to USC while I finish my first year at a CC and while I wait to hear back from USC my CC has decided that summer and fall registration will be a combined registration date in mid-May. Should I go ahead and register for summer+fall classes at my CC while I wait to hear back from USC?
@SportsNerd24 yeah, most people place deposits on other universities or set things up for their CC in case they are rejected by USC so that they have a fallback. I’ll probably have a roommate and everything by the time I hear back from USC, and if I’m accepted I’ll just bail on that school and enroll to USC, which is what most people do that are accepted in June/July.
Patience is a virtue. We will get there. I am a business major but I decided to apply for electrical engineering at the Cal State schools. Results were not friendly! Got into CalState LA though…hah.

More like they’re reviewing apps right now and making sure everything is submit before reviewing. Decisions will be out starting late march for TTP and regular will start to hear in mid April
So I had completed my 2017-2018 FAFSA and my CSS Profile before the March 2nd deadline. Does anyone know why my youSC portal under the Financial Aid Status section says:
“If you have not already done so, you can apply for federal or USC need-based financial aid by submitting a FAFSA. Please note that your submission may not be reflected on the Required Information and Forms Page until early November, when we begin processing applications. We will notify you if any additional documents are required.”
*There is also a red triangle with an exclamation point inside that says Action Required.
I’ve completed both forms (FAFSA & CSS) way before the March 2nd deadline. I’ve waited yet my youSC portal stayed the same for weeks. Does anyone know the reason behind this? Is this something I would need to call USC or should I ignore it until I receive an official acceptance letter?
On my USC Portal it says “required documents: IVC Transcripts” but then on the next tab it says “received documents: IVC Transcripts.”
Anyone else experiencing something similar? Not sure if I should send them in again even though it says they already have received my transcripts.
@usctransferivc did you send a physical copy of your official transcripts through the mail or just upload your unofficial one through the portal?
I ask because on my portal it shows that they received my transcripts twice (one uploaded and one mailed)
