@lusitari You have great choices and will undoubtedly thrive wherever you go. Be aware that, even at a “lower pressure” school, there are plenty of high-pressure high achievers and many compromises to be made with regard to how much can actually be done in a day. I’m going to guess (with no basis other than my CC experience, so I may be utterly wrong) that Exeter has a higher percentage of that type of student and that they set the prevailing tone. If that is true, and if that is what you want, then Exeter is your place. However, just because you CAN handle that environment doesn’t mean it is the best environment for you. Maybe it is, maybe not. I don’t know you, but your dad does.
Excited to share that my son has chosen Exeter class of 2021!! We are thrilled. We thought we might need to sit and weigh through all his great options after four revisits. But we just looked at each other after his overnight and day of classes with his amazing student guide and it was all over his face. I knew too as I toured/participated in parents events on my own, so bought him a sweatshirt to surprise him with when he revealed his choice. We are so grateful for such an incredible opportunity and couldn’t have gone wrong with the other schools. In the end, it was a clear fit for him and Exeter. Thank you CC community!

@twinsmama No need to make the kid second guess her choice. She’s gone through an agonizing selection process and finally reached a decision. I’m sure she took her dad’s input seriously and they must’ve reached an agreement as a family. It’s time to celebrate!

Not an easy decision at all. But in the end just felt “right”. That was all we needed to hear.
