So I just opened DS Financial Aid Award on BearWeb. It lists his Presidential Scholarship $22,000 and I2E Scholarship $2,000 so I am thinking that means no Faculty Scholarship since they’ve already put in the $2,000. Feeling bummed.
Don’t feel bummed. That’s been listed on my DD’s bearweb for a while. I think it may have posted within a week of the I2E weekend. She’s also had the Presidential Scholarship on there for a while. Chin up!
Those have both been on my DD bearweb for a while too, Positive thoughts :). But the waiting game is brutal
They are also both listed on my daughters account. Hopefully we don’t have to wait two more weeks to find out!
“Participants receive a one-time $2,000 scholarship and are eligible to apply for a full-tuition Faculty Scholarship.” My interpretation is the 2k has no bearing on the Faculty S. My impression is that there are very few FS awarded.
DD got a fabulous call about the Getterman scholarship last night! We are so thrilled! Hope your kids hear some good news about the I2E scholarships soon!
@lynnse Congratulations! That is an amazing opportunity with full ride plus. Even better than I2E. DS did not apply for Getterman because of the emphasis on reading/writing. He is more of a math/science kid.

The date online for notification for the Getterman Scholarship was Feb 16. If I2E follows the same timeline we won’t find out for awhile still.

I KNOW !! I literally check 10 times a day. do you think they’ll send it out sooner than March 1st?
Will they notify if you don’t get it?
At this point I think it’s not going to be until Feb 28th or March 1st. I sure hope those that don’t get it, also get a notification.
I hope so too! Don’t leave me wondering if it got lost in the mail. Notify me either way. I wish they would send it through email or on portal so we all find out at the same time.

Not sure if it will show on portal and then the letter will arrive later. I saw a twitter post from last year and the recipient had the letter in her hand. She posted it on March 11th
