@afitzi I am the Top Scoring Female State Finalist for Florida (I know because I was invited to the state convention in May), and from what I have been able to find out, we will most likely not be getting anything from the state Elks.
@afitzsi the 500 National Finalists get $4000. $1000/yr for 4 years of undergrad.
Whether or not you’ll also get anything from your state depends on your state. I personally got nothing on top of the 4k (PA at the time).

If I haven’t received an email yet about getting rejected, do I still have a chance? I went on the site and it doesn’t show a separate application, so I guess I didn’t win, but I still haven’t received a rejection email. BTW, I’m from New Jersey.
No, pretty sure winners have already been chosen. Usually they send rejection emails very late.
I just got back from the finalists weekends. All winners have been chosen and notified.
