I received direct admission for business. Your transcript should say “Business Administration” and “College of Business”, not Pre-Major. In addition, you should receive an email directly from Foster confirming your admission as a Freshman direct. It looks like you may not have been admitted directly, don’t worry though! Most UW foster students apply as sophomores.
