2017 - Rider B.F.A. Musical Theatre Class Size, Success Rates, etc. ???

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any information on the class size for the class of 2021 B.F.A Musical Theatre Program? Also, I was wondering if anyone had any information on the program and what the success rate is for students coming out of it? To current students, what do you like and dislike about the program?

Hey! I also was accepted into the class of 2021. Ive heard from current students over 1,000 people were auditioned and around 30 were accepted. DM me and I can send you screenshots of my conversations with students

One thing that is an advantage of this program is the flexibility. If a student books a national tour or an equity show, they are able to leave and return easily. The faculty is extremely professional with good industry connections. The weekly master classes are valuable, and the proximity to NYC auditions is a huge plus. The new dance space should be a wonderful expansion.

I am aware of Colby Dezelick currently on Bway in Miss Saigon(MT '16), David Visini (MT '16) off Broadway in Anything Goes, current student Nick Ziobro featured on the Feb 1 episode of American Songbook on PBS, Kiley Hinkle (MT '16) on the US tour of 42nd Street and signing with the Leudtke Agency for representation. Samantha Funk reading in The Remarkable Journey of Prince Jen formerly with The Golden Bride, Anastasia Wolfe- Annie National Tour, Matt Caccamo (MT '16) off Broadway - Fiorello limited run.
Caleb Funk- National Tour of How the Grinch Stole Christmas and now with Baker Management.
Emma Rose Brooks- now represented by Wolfe Talent Group and joined Actors Equity. Playing Antonia in Man of La Mancha in Milwaukee.
Maria Garvey- Thoroughly Modern Millie at the John Engeman Theater, NY.
All Patton - cast Disneyland Tokyo.

Summer bookings too numerous to remember.

Oops. One more thing. 26 MT students entered in the Class of 2020.
