The problem is that “REA” refers to different things. ND’s “REA” is the same as Georgetown’s “EA” (cannot ED elsewhere, but can EA anywhere), but not the same as Stanford’s “REA” (which is really SCEA). Much better to look at the school’s website than to be misled by the shorthand labels from this list.
