I applied for the 2020 YLI and I know they said they would send out acceptance emails mid-April and its not quite there yet… but anyone have any news?
Hello, a friend of mine and I applied as well and from my understanding, decisions should come out this week hopefully.

@vtclassof03 still no decisions??? I’m thinking maybe tomorrow because it is exactly half of the month?
@AlexCamargo yeah, I haven’t gotten anything yet but its possible they don’t send them out until even later this week. 
@vtclassof03 did you see that they extended the due date to April 30? I’m so CONFUSED

@vtclassof03 They extended the due date for the YLI application, which was originally march 15, but is now April 30. So I’m assuming decisions will now be delayed.
@AlexCamargo @vtclassof03 anyone have any updates? I applied and I am waiting as well. I don’t think they extended the deadline since when you click on all the other apps (which all say april 30) it says the march due date and says it is now closed. Has anyone tried contacting them through the message center?
@nectarineclass21 I thought the same thing, and now it’s almost the end of April so honestly, I might call today, see what’s up. I’ll let you guys know what they say.
