I know, vague question, but which schools have an acceptance range between 2050 and 2170. Say I had a score of around 2120, where would I be looking to apply to realistically without taking other aspects of the application into consideration. If needed I can post a specified major too.

Look at schools that rank, say, between 12 and 25 on USNWR for universities and 8-18 on LAC’s. Any schools ranked higher, i.e. the Dukes, the Swarthmores, the Upenns, and the HYPs of the world will be rather tough with those SAT scores.

Berkeley and Rice are in that range.

Cornell, Berkeley, UCLA and similar schools maybe

Brown, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt.

@Malenonfare: I would think a 2100+ would be good enough for UPenn, unless you are applying to Wharton or one of their more selective programs, if you have ECs and grades to match.

first off, ur sat score is not the determinign factor- ur transcript is even more important, so that being said, assuming u have at least a 90 somethign gpa and rigorous curriculum, NYU, GWU, UofMichigan, Brandies, maybe Cornell, Uof Miami, U of Southern Calfornia…
