<p>It depends how much of a background you have in math.. judging by your other scores, id say you could get 2200+ by june if you pay a bit more attention to your CR, but as for math, the curve is pretty harsh so you would need to pay alot of attention to working out everything correctly</p>
<p>Thanks for the advice. I'm pretty good at math, I just make dumb mistakes. I figure if I can grab 70 points on math, and maybe 20-30 on critical reading I'll be set.</p>
<p>i can help u with math if u help me with CR lol, really good workbook for math is barrons math workbook, the problems on this book r alot harder than actual ones, and the lessons are really good so if u start getting these hard problems u should have no problem getting the easier ones. what do u recommend i do for cr?</p>
<p>Really no book. Just break down you reading into fragments answer ?'s. I just did a good amt of practice.</p>

<p>I've found that it is much harder to increase your score than all the prep books tell you it is. The one score of mine that has increased considerably was the writing section. I went from a 630 to a 710 and that was mostly due to the essay. The first time I didn't finish my essay and got a very low score, effectively destroying my writing section.</p>
<p>For CR and math, my highest score was on my first test. In the second test, my CR dropped 10 points, my math stayed the same and my writing increased.</p>
<p>Basically what I'm trying to say is that there is definitely room for improvement, but once you reach your limit, you're going to stay there. Take for example, on my PSAT I scored 191, then jumped to 2110 on the actual SAT. I hope you do better on your next SAT, but its not easy to do once you've peaked.</p>

<p>when i got QAS back i realised i made such dumbass mistakes on math i was so mad lol. But i've been doing a lot of practice and have finally stoppped making silly mistakes :). I think the key for me was paying attention to the questions from 1-10 because although i used to start focusing after question 10, i think i figured that the earlier questions were so easy that i didn't have to focus. Hoping to get 800 on math in the summer!</p>

<p>My biggest problem is time. I can get all the questions in the math sections, I'm just unbelievably slow. :(</p>
