< 24 Hours

oh actually i think you're right... about 20 a year get in and 13-14 go... the others usually go to harvard and yale haha

so you got to lawrenceville? I think their odds are about the same aren't they? lol!

haha not lawrenceville either (although i did get in there as a boarder lol) .. the hun school of princeton hah

oh well... never mind then!

we have a fairly good acceptance rate too (around 40%), but college admissions are just so crazy this year... i still won't get in lol

I don't think I've spent more than 15, maybe 20 minutes, straight today w/o thinking of the ivy decisions tomorrow. I can't imagine how tomorrow will be.

I have a test tomorrow and I bet you my essay will read

Hamlet's heisitation omg princeton towards killing Claudius was not omg ivy princeton princeton princeton ijsdijfezeeeeed

ha, thanks lifeisastage, but I don't have much going for me and a lot going against me... Luckily I got those scores up. Then again, my previous score was good for our school, so...

Pick up a book to read. Books, ew, I know, but it passes the time... you might be surprised to realize how long since you've last read a book not for school (um, 3 years for me??)

I have one class tomorrow.
Forty minutes of Calc...

;_;

I have 3 classes tomorrow. My last class, which is at another high school in a nearby city, ends 1:58, so I'll have to hurry home for the decisions.

The longest class for me will be AP Lit because it's the first class I'll have after break.

yeah i had an ap eng paper due wednesday, and i was up until 3:30 AM doing it, and im pretty sure i slipped in some: "so happy i got into Lehigh"s in there hahaha. actually my ap eng teacher went to princeton! it was the only school he applied to... after he graduated a few years back, he came back to hun and taught.

I HAVE 7 CLASSES 2MORO!! :( & I have to run auditions for an hour after school....
Just kill me now and save me the trouble!
But then again...we had like 50 million quizzes/tests/exams last week (and they werent midterms, those are next week!), so the classes will probably only be either going over the tests or preparing for the next ones.

i have ap lit (test and essay), ap euro, ap gov, and ap calc. then i have piano at 7:30 but hopefully i'll know by then. kill meeeeee. not really.

speaking of books^^^, my friend and i randomly went to the library the other day while waiting for UVA and Stanford decisions. i used to read for pleasure all the time but now i feel too busy. you're right about realizing how long it was since i had read a book that wasn't for school. i read some young adult books. they were easy on my poor mind.

haha same with me theprez... i'll admit that i read gossip girl on the beach... and harry potter of course! those are the only books i really read for pleasure i suppose. sometimes i'll read some steinbeck if i'm in the mood... his books are quite easy on the mind as well. oh and gone with the wind lol.

lifeisastage..im going to dig up my gossip girl books and bring them to school with me 2moro! i havent seen them in like 4 years! this will be fun!

Yeah, I have a lacrosse game that I have to BE AT by 4 to watch JV, but my game doesn't start until 7, meaning I won't get to see my Princeton decision until at least 9 o'clock. Booooo. I'm pretty sure I'm going to MIT regardless of the message that pops up on my screen tomorrow, but I'd still like to know.

i like steinbeck. we read grapes of wrath and i was the only one who really liked it. :( gossip girl is hilarious. i love to read them out loud to disturb random passerby. the only bad thing about the gossip girl and teen lit is that they're all about people "on the fast track to Yale." come on, now. they're supposed to make me feel better about myself!

AHH I KNOW! i love how you never read about them (or see them on tv) ever doing any work! they just shop and party all the time! well blair only did get into her safety originally: georgetown haha. then she somehow got her decision at yale reversed and got in pre-med. and i love grapes of wrath... very enjoyable.

oh, how i wish i could shop, party, have amazing clothes, look beautiful, and have georgetown as a safety. life is cruel.

Me too; oh...if only...........
