2400 in SAT but...

"When I say I volunteered at a community center bagging food and cleaning trash, CCers said it was a bad ec.

But when I say it is a non profit organization assisting rape victims, impoverished invididuals, CCers say it is a wonderful organization and say I am worthy of top schools."

Ooooooh... spooky.. CCers (LOL)

Self study SAT = best.

Yes, one B -- autoreject at any school. The conclusion is:
Community college -- long reach.

"Regular" asian. Harsh competition. Just imagine how many asians in the pool do Piano and have awards, 2400, generic ECs.

stanford - reach
top ivies- mention them, but i'd say reach to all of them.

(now the whole story changes if you have one amazing essay. period)

Do more EC, otherwise, I think you have a exellent chance. Grades in school doesn't really correspond with SAT grades... ignore the ivy green a-holes.... Good luck!

why don't you want to reveal your name?

I think that you have plenty of ECs. Colleges don't want to see that ur in 20 million different ECs. They want to see that you have one or two that are outstanding. One college called it "disproportionally well-rounded" So, I think your ECS are great...

Also, to other people...Is it an Asian person's fault that their so Asian? No. I dont think so.

lmao thats wrong akira
you have a good shot

Apply to HYPSM and you'll get into at least one of them, I would bet... Kind of refreshing to see an old-school style applicant -- perfect SAT, top level music, none of this other e.c. leadership/service ****.
