Which is better?

Am I better off just sending my ACT and not the SAT to the colleges I'm applying to?

Thanks.

bump

The 28 is better, according to:

[Estimated Relationship between ACT Composite Score and SAT CR+M+W Score](http://www.act.org/aap/concordance/estimate.html)

Im guessing the 28 is better. 28 over 36 is 78%. 1730 over 2400 is 72%.

Someone may want to confirm this, but I think that a 28 ACT is roughly equivalent to a 1950 SAT score.

28 corresponds to 1880. Didn’t you guys click on the link? :)

oh, nope Thanks for correcting me.

Thanks guys!

So I should just ditch the SAT scores altogether? I’m planning on retaking both, but after taking a couple of pratice tests of each, I’ve gotten the following

Sat- 1790
ACT- 29

Sat- 1810
ACT-30

So I guess I’ll stick with the ACT.
