<p>im international student looking for 2nd degree in US, and already graduate for 3 years.</p>
<p>i already have degree in civil eng. and i want to major in something unrelated to my previous degree.
i'm hoping to go to college that allow student to take variety of classes before i commit to any major</p>
<p>i know there are restrictions in US to take 2nd degree but i want to know since im international student is this still apply?</p>
